Shipping & Returns


All purchased items are shipped within 2-3 business days after purchase. At this time, we are not doing expedited shipping or international shipping. However, if you do live outside of the US, email or message Taylor on social media and she will do her best to customize an order for you. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. Incorrect shipping addresses may result in your package being lost or returned in the mail. This scenario is the responsibility of the buyer to provide additional shipping fees if necessary. 



Because we are a small business, we only offer exchanges and store credit. The item must be returned within 7 days of the date the item was received. In order to receive an exchange or store credit, the item must be in its original condition with tags attached. Layne Collective has the right to refuse an exchange or issue store credit for an item that is worn or damaged in any way.

Please note that we are a slow fashion company, meaning we do not carry a lot of pieces in our inventory at one time. Because of this, we are unable to hold pieces eligible for exchange. However, we will do our best to get you exactly what you’re hoping for. Layne Collective is not responsible for items that may be lost or damaged in transit. Shipping and handling charges after an exchange or return are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

Our travel bags and accessories including hats and earrings are final sale and non-refundable. 

Layne Collective will help with any faulty item up to 3 months after the purchase date. Feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help. However, it is under the discrepancy of Layne Collective to determine if the item is faulty under our behalf or not.
